Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations of the community, manage service requests, and ensure safety and quality across grounds and buildings. You will work with the Community Manager to supervise staff and vendors and maintain a proactive maintenance program.

The role requires on-site presence, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety standards including OSHA and Fair Housing Laws. Strong customer service and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of the community and service requests.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors under the Community Manager.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
• Plan and utilize property resources, equipment, and supplies economically.
