Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at our community. The role entails supervising maintenance staff, coordinating with the Community Manager, and ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA/EPA standards.

Regular on-site attendance, budgeting of supplies, and responding to service requests are required. Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations, service requests, and preventative maintenance.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with the Community Manager.
• Inspect grounds and facilities to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Manage inventory and supplies within budget; source bids from vendors.
• Maintain records of service requests, inspections, and work progress.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards and EPA guidelines are followed.
