Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across multiple communities. The role requires coordinating staff, managing service requests, and ensuring safety with OSHA and housing compliance in an on-site environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. Responsibilities include budget adherence, vendor coordination, and participation in on-call emergencies while upholding

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community and staff.
• Coordinate and respond to work orders, ensuring timely completion.
• Inspect buildings, grounds and common areas to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain inventory and budget adherence for maintenance supplies.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff under the Community Manager.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and ensure quality workmanship.
