Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations for our communities. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff performance, ensuring safety, compliance with OSHA standards, and responsive customer service.

This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. On-site work, vendor coordination, and occasional after-hours emergencies are included in the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations, service requests, and preventative tasks.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies within budget guidelines.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life and reduce repairs.
• Supervise maintenance staff, provide training, and schedule activities.
• Ensure customer and resident relations with responsive service and professional communication.
• Assist with equipment, vendor management, and on-call emergencies as needed.
