Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, working with the Community Manager to supervise staff and vendors. Responsibilities include handling service requests, preventative maintenance, and ensuring safety standards are met.

The role requires on-site work, strong customer service, and knowledge of OSHA/Fair Housing rules. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with prior maintenance supervision experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee daily operations and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend life of the property.
• Supervise maintenance staff and provide training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
