Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across the community, coordinating staff, vendors, and work orders while ensuring safety and cost control. The role requires strong onsite leadership and a focus on resident satisfaction and property standards.

The successful candidate will manage a preventative maintenance program, supervise staff, and maintain accurate records in line with OSHA guidelines and Fair Housing requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and daily onsite oversight.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident and management work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and facilities daily for hazards and safety issues.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies within budget guidelines.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure OSHA compliance.
