Job summary

Asset Living, a nationwide property management partner since 1986, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for its communities. You will oversee maintenance operations, service requests, safety compliance, and vendor coordination, in collaboration with the Community Manager to ensure quality make-ready and reliable service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements; strong leadership and a hands-on approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and daily on-site attendance required.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features to identify hazards and ensure maintenance.
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory and budget adherence under Community Manager guidance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors; ensure make-ready and quality workmanship.
• Support safety programs and enforce OSHA standards across the team.
