Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a multi-property community. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate work orders, and ensure safety and quality across grounds, buildings, and common areas.

The role requires on-site attendance, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of OSHA guidelines. A high school diploma is required, along with basic computer skills and familiarity with on-site maintenance software.

Qualifications

• Maintenance Management experience in multi-unit properties.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate on-site staff and respond to work orders promptly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations across the community and manage staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident and management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily to identify hazards and ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance program to extend asset life and reduce future repairs.
• Provide input on employee performance and ensure staff training and coaching.
