Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across the community, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety standards and customer service excellence. The role involves coordinating work orders, preventive maintenance, and daily inspections.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. On-site presence and weekend/overtime availability are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of the community and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and common areas daily for safety and liability issues.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines.
• On-call emergency duties at the community as needed.
• Manage maintenance staff and vendors within budget guidance.
