Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure interior and exterior buildings, grounds, and amenities meet company standards. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and complete the make-ready process for vacant units.

The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience, high school diploma or GED, and EPA certifications. Proficiency with Entrata/Yardi or One Site is preferred. Regular hours apply with potential for weekends and on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders within 24–48 hours and perform repairs.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant homes and create punch lists.
• Fix parts when possible to control costs and avoid waste.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors and track materials for needed repairs.
• Document work and inspections accurately for service records.
