The role requires analyzing market trends, mentoring on-site teams, and ensuring brand standards, curb appeal, and occupancy targets across sites.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Minimum of one year of demonstrable experience in sales, customer service, or property management leasing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and leasing strategies across multiple communities.
• Conduct professional property tours and communicate each community's value proposition and amenities.
• Accurately process rental applications, perform background checks, and prepare lease documents per policy.
• Verify branding, curb appeal, and market-readiness of vacant units; implement corrective actions.
• Mentor on-site leasing teams with coaching in advanced sales techniques and SOPs.
• Plan and participate in resident events and retention programs to maximize renewals.
• Monitor KPIs such as occupancy targets, lease conversions, and retention metrics.
