Job summary

Vidalta Residential is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead on-site leasing teams across its multifamily portfolio. You will drive occupancy, oversee leasing events, and coordinate with Community Managers to align marketing and revenue strategies.

The role requires strong sales, team leadership, and a deep understanding of Class A renter needs, with weekend availability and bilingual communication as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• Strong sales and marketing background and knowledge of lease-up dynamics.
• Experience leading a leasing team and driving occupancy targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing operations across multiple properties.
• Lead and mentor Leasing Agents; set goals and monitor progress.
• Drive tour-to-lease conversions and optimize occupancy.
• Collaborate with Community Manager and other departments to align leasing strategy.
• Develop and enforce leasing SOPs; ensure compliance with policies.
• Manage leasing events, outreach marketing, and on-site tours.
