Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in property management.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi/RealPage/Entrata) and MS Office.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the leasing team to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Provide formal training on advanced sales techniques and Fair Housing compliance.
• Manage scheduling, performance reviews, and team development.
• Develop strategic leasing plans to maximize occupancy.
• Oversee leasing lifecycle from inquiry to move-in and renewal.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and manage online listings.
