Job summary

Vidalta Property Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Richardson, TX. You are the first impression for prospective and current residents, guiding tours, processing applications, and ensuring a smooth move-in experience while striving to meet occupancy goals.

You will use Onesite and Microsoft Office to manage leases, coordinate showings, and communicate clearly about renovations, amenity updates, and community policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality and/or customer service.
• Leasing and/or property management experience preferred.
• Operate Onesite (Community Software System) and Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with fair housing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria (ask questions; utilize completed guest cards, etc.).
• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in including follow-up, closing the sale, completing lease documents, and inspecting units.
• Record all telephone and in-person visits on appropriate reports.
• Inspect models and available units, communicate service needs to Property Manager.
• Guide prospects in completing the application and secure deposit in accordance with policy.
