RangeWater Residential, LLC is hiring a Leasing Consultant to drive the property's marketing, leasing and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, complete credit checks, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in process.

You will also design off-site marketing activities, analyze market trends, and collaborate with the team to optimize occupancy and resident satisfaction while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing activities: greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit checks, prepare lease and move-in package.
• Support renewal processes and maintain resident satisfaction.
• Designs and executes off-site marketing activities to drive traffic to the property.
