RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will conduct property tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in process while maintaining resident satisfaction.

The role involves offsite marketing, market-trend analysis, and active collaboration with property teams to uphold standards of show units, safety, and overall property appearance. Weekend availability is required.

Qualificações

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience Preferred: Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community.

Responsabilidades

• Performs all sales and leasing activities in person to achieve the property’s revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects face-to-face, conducting property tours, showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks, preparing the lease and move-in package, and ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
• Designs and executes offsite marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the property, including resident referral and employer outreach programs, using internet marketing tools, social media and following other property-specific marketing plans.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret market and economic trends that may impact the property and recommend improvements.
• Lease enforcement process – apartment inspections, evictions, collections, notifications, and other processes as outlined in lease agreement.
• Follows-up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction and to finalize lease decisions; supports renewal activities and timely signing of renewal documents.
• Ensure property safety, cleanliness, and appearance; report mechanical/electrical issues; inspect show units and common areas.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues; monitor market conditions to sustain occupancy and implement marketing plans.
• Other duties as assigned.
