RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction at our multifamily communities. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, and coordinate move‑ins, renewals, and leasing activities.

The role requires strong communication, sales, and customer service skills, with proficiency in Entrata Yardi or One Site preferred. Weekend availability and a professional appearance are expected.

Qualificações

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience Preferred: Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day‑to‑day operation of an apartment community.
• Advanced Skills: Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and qualify prospects face‑to‑face and conduct property tours.
• Process applications, credit screening, and background checks; prepare lease and move‑in package.
• Ensure smooth move‑in and lease signing; support renewals and occupancy goals.
