Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate seeks a Leasing Consultant to drive marketing, leasing and renewal strategies across our multi‑family properties. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and help secure renewals, while maintaining resident satisfaction.

You will execute offsite marketing plans, leverage digital channels, and stay informed on market trends to maximize occupancy. Strong communication and customer service are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills for all levels.

Responsibilities

• Execute property marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to reach occupancy and revenue goals.
• Conduct property tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare leases.
• Design and implement offsite marketing to drive traffic and referrals using internet tools and social media.
• Analyze market trends to suggest improvements and stay informed on industry standards.
• Ensure lease enforcement, inspections, notifications and renewals are timely.
