Qualifications

• Experience in property management, sales, marketing and customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet leasing targets with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Execute property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages.
• Coordinate offsite marketing, referrals, and online campaigns to drive traffic to the property.
• Monitor market trends and advise on improvements to sustain occupancy and performance.
• Handle lease renewals, inspections, notices, and related documentation.
