Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue through hands-on sales, tours, and market-driven strategies. You will greet prospects, present the property, process applications, and execute lease signings to secure new residents.

You will also coordinate offsite marketing, analyze market trends, and support renewal programs to maximize retention while maintaining excellent resident satisfaction and standards across the community.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for face-to-face leasing.
• Ability to present property features and respond to resident questions clearly.
• Experience with leasing processes, applications, and renewals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the property.
• Conduct property tours, process applications, credit and background checks, prepare leases.
• Support lease renewals and resident satisfaction throughout the term.
