Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at our multi-family communities. The role covers showing apartments, processing applications, screenings, and preparing move-in packages to ensure high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will execute marketing plans, conduct tours, and work daily to support renewals, while maintaining property standards and safety. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience Preferred: Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background.
• Advanced Skills: Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management; strong property management software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Designs and executes offsite marketing to drive traffic to the property.
• Gathers, analyzes, and interprets market trends to sustain occupancy.
• Lease enforcement including inspections, evictions, and collections as needed.
• Follows up with prospects and new residents to finalize lease decisions.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal of the property.
• Resolves customer complaints and issues.
• Stays informed about market and competitors to adjust plans.
