Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction at one of our multifamily communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins, while contributing to marketing efforts to maximize occupancy.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication and sales skills, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to work weekends as needed. We offer competitive PTO and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, and qualify applicants.
• Process applications, credit checks, and background screenings.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in packages; assist with renewals.
• Execute on-site and off-site marketing to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Maintain property appearance and respond to resident questions promptly.
