RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies and to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction at our properties.

The role involves in-person prospecting, tours, applications, and move-in coordination, with a focus on delivering excellent service while utilizing property management software such as Entrata Yardi and OneSite.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and qualify prospects in person; conduct property tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, run credit and background checks, and prepare move-in packages.
• Design and implement offsite marketing to drive traffic and leasing.
• Monitor market trends and adjust marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Handle lease renewals and respond promptly to resident inquiries and concerns.
