RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to maintain occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, and manage applications and lease signings with precision.

The role requires strong communication, sales, and customer service skills, plus experience with property management software. Schedule includes weekday hours and weekend availability in a fast-paced multi-family environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; experience in property management or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi, OneSite) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and qualify prospects in person, conduct property tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Coordinate move-ins, renewals, and maintain resident satisfaction and occupancy goals.
• Design and execute marketing efforts to drive traffic to the property and referrals.
