Job summary

Boisset Collection is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver hands-on end-user support across corporate, winery, hospitality, retail, and production locations in Napa and Sonoma counties.

You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, POS systems, and Microsoft 365 apps, providing remote and on-site assistance and collaborating with the IT leadership team to maintain secure technology operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT help desk or desktop support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows PCs and desktop hardware.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and user administration.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, DHCP, DNS, Wi‑Fi, and Ethernet.
• Experience troubleshooting printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between Napa and Sonoma locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and business apps.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Diagnose hardware, software, connectivity, authentication, and user-access issues.
• Manage IT tickets and provide remote or on-site assistance.
• Escalate complex infrastructure or security issues when needed.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, device prep, and asset recovery.
• Support hospitality, retail, and winery tech including POS and conference room systems.
• Maintain documentation and asset inventories.
