Mendocino Farms is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to support our restaurant teams and ensure seamless operation of our point-of-sale systems and applications.

This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, managing support requests, and collaborating with vendors for technology deployment. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of IT support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of IT support/help desk experience.
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Demonstrated ability to log tickets and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support requests.
• Log, triage and prioritize incidents in the ticketing system.
• Perform remote diagnostics and in-person support as needed.
