Qualifications

• Minimum three years of technical support or help desk experience preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout Santa Cruz, Monterey, and San Luis Obispo counties.

Responsibilities

• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
