Qualifications

• One year of full-time experience performing computer and network systems equipment installation duties.
• CCNA or higher certification may substitute for six months of the education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot system-related issues across multiple sites and resolve problems promptly.
• Provide user technical assistance to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of support activities and system configurations.
• Provide training and share knowledge on network topics, including security best practices.
