You will install and configure network-connected devices, support printers and IoT gear, manage A/V conference room systems, and troubleshoot macOS/Windows with the ITSM workflow, ensuring a smooth launch.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience in an office environment.
• Core networking fundamentals including DHCP/DNS, VLANs and firewall basics.
• Experience with endpoint troubleshooting (macOS and Windows).
• Experience with configuring and testing network devices and cable management.
• Familiarity with A/V conferencing platforms (Zoom/Teams/Meet) and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Validate Wi-Fi and wired network performance using standard tools.
• Verify DHCP, DNS, VLAN configurations and firewall access.
• Conduct coverage testing and identify weak signal areas or interference.
• Document findings and upscale issues to network vendors or internal teams.
