Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and resolving system and network issues across county sites.
• Provide desktop and network user support with clear communication.
• Maintain documentation of support activities and system configurations.
• Train end users on network topics, security practices, and resources.
• Provide remote support for remote offices and coordinate with teams.
• Assist on projects and with audio-visual design and equipment.
