Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five (5) years of leadership experience in HME or related healthcare leadership.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license in state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations across one or more branches to ensure timely distribution of medical equipment.
• Oversee Delivery, Warehouse, Logistics, and Respiratory staff with clinical supervision as required.
• Manage branch budget, monitor financial performance, and control costs to meet profitability goals.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, DOT, FDA, OSHA, and related regulations and accreditation standards.
• Oversee dispatch routing to meet productivity and cost-per-delivery targets.
• Maintain relationships with ordering physicians and referral sources and communicate patient status.
