AdaptHealth LLC is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to oversee branch operations and ensure precise distribution of home medical equipment. You will lead the logistics team, coordinate with leadership, and drive timely, accurate services to patients at home.

The role requires strong people leadership, a focus on safety and compliance, and ability to improve patient experiences through process improvements. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five years’ leadership experience in HME or related field.
• Healthcare, insurance customer service, claims or billing experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsabilités

• Lead branch operations to ensure on-time distribution of medical equipment and services.
• Manage logistics team and optimize productivity and delivery costs.
• Maintain inventory and collaborate with leaders to serve customers efficiently and safely.
• Place purchase orders per restocking protocol and control branch inventory.
• Communicate with physicians and referral sources about patient status and changes.
