Job summary

AdaptHealth LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily branch operations, including delivery, warehousing, and logistics, ensuring compliant and timely patient services. You will partner with leadership and health-system partners to optimize performance and service quality.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, staff development, and adherence to HIPAA and industry standards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• An associate degree from an accredited college required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five (5) years’ experience in the HME leadership is required.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Acts as site leader at assigned location and ensures operational continuity.
• Oversees daily branch operations including Delivery, Warehouse, Logistics, and staff.
• Manages branch budget and monitors financial performance against targets.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (CMS, DOT, FDA, OSHA, etc.).
• Drives process improvements in routing, inventory, and field operations.
