Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations, including Delivery, Warehouse, and Logistics, ensuring timely, compliant service delivery of home medical equipment.

You will influence operational efficiency, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional teams while maintaining HIPAA-compliant practices and fostering strong relationships with providers and referral sources.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Five years’ leadership experience in HME or healthcare operations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations, including Delivery, Warehouse, Logistics and Respiratory.
• Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and costs to achieve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, DOT, FDA, OSHA and related regulations.
• Oversee fleet management and route planning for timely service delivery.
• Collaborate with Billing, Clinical, and Customer Service to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain relationships with physicians and referral sources and communicate patient status.
