Job summary

AdaptHealth LLC seeks an Operations Manager to lead branch operations, drive timely delivery of medical equipment and services to patients at home, and coordinate with leadership and partners to improve patient outcomes.

You will oversee Delivery, Warehouse, Logistics and Respiratory staff, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and manage inventory and training to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• An associate degree from an accredited college required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five (5) years’ experience in HME leadership is required.
• Relevant healthcare experience in customer services, claims, billing is preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations including Delivery, Warehouse, Logistics and Respiratory staff with clinical supervisory support as required.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, Department of Health, DOT, FDA, OSHA and accreditation standards.
• Lead logistics team to meet delivery goals and optimize cost per delivery.
• Manage inventory and purchasing in line with restocking protocols.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve patient experiences and service continuity.
• Lead training and auditing initiatives to meet regulatory and operational standards.
