Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to oversee branch operations and lead the distribution of medical equipment, supplies and services delivered to patients at home. This role collaborates with leadership, health systems, hospice partners and referral sources to continually improve patient services.

Key duties include directing the logistics team, managing inventory and orders, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring timely, safe deliveries.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five (5) years’ leadership experience in HME.
• Relevant experience in health care, insurance customer services, claims, or billing preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and logistics to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
• Manage logistics team with daily direction and productivity targets.
• Control branch-level inventory and place restock orders.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to improve patient experience and resolve concerns.
• Perform root cause analysis on service failures and implement improvements.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
