Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to oversee branch-level operations and lead logistics teams to ensure the distribution of medical equipment and services to patients at home in a timely and compliant manner.

You will partner with leadership, health systems, hospice partners and referral sources to improve patient services, while managing inventory, driver routes, and staff performance in a multi-site setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five years’ experience in HME leadership.
• Healthcare, insurance customer service, claims or billing experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and lead logistics team to route orders timely and cost-effectively.
• Manage inventory and collaborate with department leaders to ensure timely, safe delivery of goods and services.
• Establish and monitor annual goals; recruit, onboard and develop staff; enforce policies and productivity standards.
