AdaptHealth is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to lead branch operations, ensuring the accurate and timely distribution of medical equipment and services to patients at home.

You will collaborate with leadership, health systems, hospice partners, and referral sources to improve patient services and outcomes, while mentoring staff and maintaining compliance with state and federal requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree from an accredited college required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five (5) years’ experience in the HME leadership is required.
• Relevant experience in health care, insurance customer services, claims, billing is preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Aufgaben

• Oversee branch operations, guiding services for equipment, supplies and home delivery.
• Lead logistics team to meet delivery goals, maintain cost efficiency and productivity.
• Manage inventory and collaborate with department leaders to ensure timely, safe patient care.
• Place purchase orders; adhere to restocking protocols.
• Address service concerns and identify trends to improve patient experience.
• Coordinate with regional leadership to resolve issues and optimize delivery resources.
• Perform root cause analyses and implement corrective actions for operations.
