AdaptHealth LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead branch operations, overseeing delivery, warehouse, logistics, and respiratory staff to ensure accurate, timely distribution of medical equipment and services to patients at home.

You will collaborate with clinical leadership, health systems, hospice partners, and community referrals to enhance patient care and efficiency while maintaining compliance with CMS, OSHA, FDA, and other regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required, bachelor’s preferred
• Five years’ HME leadership experience
• Healthcare/insurance/claims experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license in residence state

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations including delivery, warehouse, logistics and respiratory staff
• Ensure on-time delivery of all equipment and services to patients’ homes
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local regulations
• Manage inventory, purchasing and cost per delivery goals
• Improve patient experience through coordination with leadership and referral sources
• Conduct root-cause analysis to address service failures and drive improvements
