AdaptHealth is seeking a talented Supervisor, Operations to lead branch-level operations, coordinating the distribution of medical equipment and services to patients’ homes. You will partner with leadership, health systems, hospice and referrals sources to enhance patient services.

Responsibilities include managing logistics, inventory, and service delivery to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality care. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Competenze

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five years’ experience in the HME leadership is required.
• Relevant experience in health care, insurance customer services, claims, billing is preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Mansioni

• Oversee branch operations, providing leadership, guidance and coordination of services.
• Manage logistics team to route orders promptly and cost-effectively.
• Control branch inventory and place restock purchase orders.
• Address service concerns and identify trends for improvements.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to improve patient experience and outcomes.
• Perform root-cause analyses of service failures and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain communication with physicians and referrals about patient status.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PPE, and safety procedures.
• Recruit, onboard, and train staff with performance feedback.
• Set annual department goals aligned with organizational strategy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
