The role requires hands-on leadership, strong vendor management, and routine preventive maintenance across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years facilities management experience with demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• 3+ years experience managing both hard and soft services.
• 3+ years experience in retail or customer-facing environments (retail banking experience highly preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.
• Proven ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing multiple locations and vendor relationships.
• Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across banking facilities.
• Coordinate soft services including janitorial, landscaping, and security.
• Maintain branch facilities to support customer-facing operations.
• Ensure facilities comply with banking regulations, ADA, and health and safety standards.
• Develop and manage facilities budgets and capital projects.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts with KPIs.
