JLL is seeking an experienced Facilities Management professional to lead the delivery of FM operations for a retail banking portfolio. You will develop standardized processes, partner with FM and banking teams, and drive efficiency and safety across all facilities.

The role emphasizes training, performance metrics, and client experience. The candidate will manage budgets and coordinate maintenance programs to protect assets and ensure branch operations run smoothly.

Qualificações

• Facilities management operations in a retail banking environment, with ability to translate needs into FM processes.
• Proven ability to collaborate with FM teams and business partners while developing documentation and presenting performance.
• Experience managing budgets, analyzing performance, and driving cost efficiencies through process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, document, and implement SOPs across the FM program for regulatory compliance and scalable efficiency.
• Partner with the FM team and retail banking operations to translate business needs into FM solutions.
• Drive efficiency by optimizing workflows and reducing redundancies across the portfolio.
• Deliver a seamless client experience by ensuring clear processes between facilities management and real estate.
• Design and deliver training programs for FM teams and vendors to reinforce safety and service excellence.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
• Oversee facility operations and maintenance programs to protect asset value and ensure uninterrupted branch operations.
