Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Facilities Manager to serve as the single point of contact for client sites in the Baltimore area, coordinating facility services and vendor performance to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires onsite presence daily and collaboration with the Corporate Real Estate team.

You will oversee budgets, reporting, and cost-saving programs, manage building engineers, and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Facilities Management.
• 7+ years of industry experience in corporate, third-party or consulting settings.
• Strong organizational and management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for client, building engineers, and vendors in Baltimore area.
• Oversee delivery of services for multiple client sites.
• Develop and implement programs to reduce costs and boost productivity with FM Lead and client.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the client.
• Manage budgets by interfacing with the client representative.
• Develop variance reporting on operating budgets for each property.
• Assist with annual management plan for buildings in the area.
• Coordinate with building engineering staff and landlords.
• Position requires onsite daily with client.
