Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Class A commercial office spaces.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Manage operating budgets, forecasts, accruals and invoices.
• Coordinate regulatory compliance, risk management and safety programs.
• Lead vendor management and executive-level client relations.
• Provide KPIs, reporting and ROI analyses for facilities initiatives.
