Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience in Facilities Management or related field.
• Experience in financial services or regulated corporate environments is preferred.
• Strong vendor and contract management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily facility operations across assigned areas, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Oversee building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety.
• Manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Partner with Sourcing and Procurement for contracts and RFPs.
• Lead workplace experience efforts and maintain high standards of hospitality.
