Qualifications

• 5+ years facilities management experience with mechanical aptitude
• 3+ years managing both hard and soft services
• 3+ years experience in retail or customer-facing environments (retail banking experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems
• Experience managing multiple locations and vendor relationships
• Technical certifications in relevant trades preferred
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
• Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities operations and maintenance for banking facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and safety systems.
• Direct soft services such as janitorial, landscaping, waste management, and front-of-house services.
• Maintain branch facilities to support customer-facing operations and brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, codes, and health and safety standards.
• Develop and manage facilities budgets, contracts, and capital projects.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract performance with KPIs.
• Coordinate emergency response and business continuity plans.
