Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC seeks a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects. The PM will report to the Project Director at least three times weekly and work closely with PDs on payment terms and collection of outstanding amounts.

The role requires proficiency in MS Office, Xactimate, and Salesforce, with strong communication skills and OSHA/EPA safety knowledge. Travel to various sites will be necessary.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office, Xactimate and Salesforce required.
• Insurance restoration experience is a plus.
• Experience with construction supervision is essential.
• Familiarity with OSHA/EPA standards preferred.
• Ability to manage multi-site projects and A/R processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects across residential, commercial, industrial and institutional settings.
• Report to the Project Director at least three times per week on job status.
• Manage project payment terms and collection of outstanding amounts.
• Coordinate starts, schedules, and communications with customers and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA, EPA standards adherence.
• Use Salesforce to manage projects, reports, budgets and forecasts.
