Job summary

Ati Restoration in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple restoration projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors. You will report to the Project Director, track progress, and help manage payment terms and collections within established terms.

You will coordinate starts, set schedules with customers, and work closely with subcontractors and field teams, ensuring safety compliance and budget adherence across sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction.
• Combination of commercial and residential experience preferred.
• Asbestos, lead, and mold certifications and OSHA 30 likely required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects concurrently.
• Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors and insurance representatives.
• Manage project payment terms and collection of outstanding amounts.
• Coordinate project starts, scheduling, permits, and site inspections.
• Lead projects to meet budget, schedules and quality standards.
• Use Salesforce to manage projects, run reports, and forecast budgets/labor/material.
• Provide technical explanations to clients, adjusters, consultants and staff.
