Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects. You will report to the Project Director several times weekly, working with PDs on payment terms and collections across a multi-location region.

Responsibilities include coordinating start dates, managing high-exposure projects, ensuring safety compliance, and communicating effectively with customers, subcontractors and insurers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Some college is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction.
• Combination of commercial and residential experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages high risk, high exposure and/or complex projects.
• Communicates professionally with customers, subcontractors and insurance.
• Provides technical explanations to clients, adjusters, consultants and others.
• Coordinates job starts and schedules with customers.
• Manages project payment terms and collection of outstanding receivables.
• Requests payment from customers upon substantial completion and COS signing.
• Alerts PD on next payment stage per terms.
• Coordinates work with subcontractors and field personnel.
• Provides feedback to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinates after-hours emergency services (board-ups, water/fire damage).
• Obtains city permits and inspections as needed.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, and related safety standards.
• Manages multiple projects across a multi-location region using Salesforce for project tracking.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Some college is a plus

Three years minimum experience as Superintendent
