Job summary

Blackbird Health in Northern Virginia and Maryland is hiring a Facilities & Clinic Operations Coordinator to own on-site operations across regional clinics. You’ll manage day-to-day maintenance, vendor relationships, and site logistics, and you’ll play a hands-on role in setting up new clinic locations.

The role requires travel to regional clinics, strong organization, proactive communication, and a proven ability to coordinate vendors and schedules. Healthcare facility experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multi-site facilities, office operations, retail/hospitality, or project coordination.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, maintenance requests, and site logistics independently.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to physical detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve clinic standards with regular site visits, tickets, maintenance, repairs, and access control.
• Support new clinic launches: coordinate furniture, signage, deliveries, vendor scheduling, and launch checklists.
• Manage supplies and inventories across regional footprint.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Leads, IT, and Operations to track projects and resolve daily roadblocks.
